Refund policy
Returns:
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the goods (see Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal) below). You do not need to give a reason.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, including international return shipping.
- To help us process your return quickly, we ask you to include the return form with the goods. This is optional – your withdrawal is valid regardless, as long as you inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email to support@onefateclo.com).
We also ask you to return the goods complete, including all items delivered with your order (e.g. metal card), and to use appropriate protective packaging to prevent transport damage.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning – for example, trying on a garment is always permitted, wearing or washing it is not. In such cases we may reduce the refund by the actual loss in value.
Refunds will always be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
International Orders (Outside EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs for orders outside the EU are also the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or packages held by customs authorities.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or letter).

You may use a withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically via the "Withdraw from contract" function on our website. You will find this function in the footer of every page of our online shop. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
