Refund policy
Returns:

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, including international return shipping.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form and send it together with the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are returned:
- unused
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- with all accessories and packaging components (e.g. cotton bag, metal card, etc.)
Please use appropriate protective packaging to prevent transport damage.
If items show clear signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer, the refund may be reduced according to the loss in value. In severe cases, the loss in value may amount to up to 100%.
Refunds will always be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
International Orders (Outside EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs for orders outside the EU are also the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or packages held by customs authorities.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or letter).

You may use a withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
